Good mental health is imperative to living life fully and freely. Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling &/or coaching and treatment, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you want for your life.
Trauma & PTSD (Mind-Body)
I recognise that many individuals can experience both emotional & physical symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, migraine, body responses, sleep issues and hopelessness are a few of the symptoms that can linger past traumatic and/or difficult events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing with a counselling and/or coaching session.
Mindfulness and mindfulness approaches are gaining a lot of attention for counselling and coaching purposes with neuroscience, and the research shows that mindfulness approaches to thinking and being can increase positive outcomes for mental and physical health, including stress responses. Small groups and one-on-one training available.

My focus is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths through counselling and coaching. I achieve this by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customising a treatment plan where appropriate.
